Vistors and site members can download the Jigsaw puzzles from our Jigsaw Puzzle Download Directory and save the puzzle(s) to their computer and then run the jigsaw puzzle executable file to see if they can solve the puzzle.
It is generally agreed that the first jigsaw puzzle was produced around 1760 by John Spilsbury, a London engraver and mapmaker. The Golden Age of jigsaw puzzles came in the 1920s and 1930s and then the popularity of jigsaw puzzles waxed and waned since the Depression. They are still, just like the first jigsaw puzzle, a great pastime and they can be very addictive - and that's why we have added these harmless addictions to the Trail Chamber web site.
Each week we will add a new (free and fun to solve) Jigsaw Puzzle of a photo taken in the Greater Trail Area. These fun Jigsaw Puzzles can be downloaded free from the JigsawPuzzle Download Directory and you can solve them at your leisure.
Our goal is to help promote the beauty of the Greater Trail area with these fun new photo Jigsaw puzzles.
