What is the program that shows up when I download a PC game from your site?
Explanation: You may have noticed another program loads up on your computer when you download a game. We created it to help you manage all your Big Fish Games. Whenever you download a free trial or full version of one of our games, the game manager adds it to a list of your existing Big Fish Games. You can purchase full version games using the games manager, and see how much time you have left to play on your timed trial versions. Here, you see a list of current Big Fish Games in the game manager. In this tab, you can choose to play the trial, purchase the full version, or, if you've previously purchased the game, select "Already own this game?" Why do some games say BFG 1.0? BFG 1.0 refers to games downloaded before our site was upgraded. Click "Play Now" to open the game. If your free trial period has ended, you'll need to buy the game to continue playing. Do you have to load the game manager to play your games? The game manager will automatically load when you download a game from our site or choose to play a trial version you’ve already downloaded. If you've purchased and the full version of a game, the game manager won't load when you play your game. How to open the game manager There are three ways to load the game manager: - Load a trial version of any game installed on your system.
- Download a trial version game from our site.
- Using Windows, select Start> All Programs> "Play My Games."
Do you need to reactivate a game you already purchased? There are three ways to load the game manager: - Once you've downloaded the trial version, select to "Buy" the game.
- Select the purchase method "Already own this game?"
- Enter your e-mail address and password for your Big Fish Games account.
- Click "Sign In" and your game will automatically activate, unlocking the trial into the full version.
Did you accidentally remove the game manager? You can reinstall the game manager by downloading any free trial version game. Downloading a trial game will automatically install or update the Game manager on your computer. Do you want to remove the game manager? The game manager is needed to play any games you've downloaded or purchased from our site. If you still have Big Fish Games installed on your computer, they will not work after your remove the game manager. - From Windows Select My Computer> Program Files> bfgclient.
- Click the uninstall.exe icon.
- Proceed with the Uninstall Wizard to remove the game manager.
