As British Columbia is becoming a more sought after destination for people from around the world, local and international eyes are looking at Trail BC and our small piece of this province as a place to live, work, do business and adventure in our year around playground.
While the majority of our site traffic is from Canada and North America, the City of Trail and district is evoking interest world wide as evidenced by one of our site statistical charts.

From the initial launch date in early September 2007, our web portal has exceeded expectation with 650,000 hits in four months. The question is no longer how to get the traffic but how to supply what the site visitors are looking for. The most sought after information is on our area of the Kootenays and lifestyle, as well as visitor and relocation packages, with many people stopping to check out the photo gallery.
Our article entitled "Top 50 Things To Do In Trail" which is a call for more suggestions, stories and pictures has also topped out our site's most visited articles, and while we have received little feedback from it so far, the interest in the article suggests the importance of collecting and posting the information for our worldly audience.
As such; the staff at the Trail & District Chamber of Commerce will continue our relentless drive to fill the site with information and pictures depicting the natural adventure wonderland that we locals sometimes take for granted, as just part of our every day lifestyle.
